Every year I have rounded up the best parenting books. As you know, it is more like books of interest to parents more than the traditional best parenting books per se. Do you still read parenting book? Does anyone? This year, I’d like to mix it up and hear from you. I’m opening it up. If you have a few minutes, take my poll.
You can find the survey here, on this link. thanks! Your responses are anonymous but you can leave a comment below if you want to make your favorite books known.
Hey Polly, I liked Mindset by Carol Dweck. Always like your posts.
Read Whole Brain Child and the new Nurture Shock book. I only read them if someone recommends them. I don't go out looking for books to read.
Hi Cheryl, Anony, thanks, those are some popular ones. I know Carol's work from way back. She's done some great research. I see the first Nurture Shock in some ways as the first contemporary popular parenting book that highlighted empirical evidence.
Just got my copy of Mindset. Can't wait to read it.
